Being SEEN on your own terms: Burlesque as a PsychoSpiritual practice

If you are a highly sensitive woman, you likely long to be more seen for who you truly are. But you may not yet enjoy it. It is possible to be SEEN and known as your true radiant essence and still belong in ways that are meaningful for you. In this accessible/all-abilities educational workshop, you’ll be introduced to the foundational pillars of Showgirl Awakening, the 3Rs: Reveling (in your body), Revealing (your radiant essence), and Receiving (what you desire). You’ll also be introduced to 6 of the Showgirl Awakening movements and their medicine as well as the 9 Showgirl Awakening Archetypes (the Vixen, the Muse, the Diva, etc), and learn how to recognize when each of your Archetypes are Collapsing, Posturing or Alive & Well. You’ll have the opportunity to explore movement as a healing modality and learn how to deeply witness another human (and to allow them in turn, to see you!). If this scares you, rest assured, it is most important our practice feels good to YOU, not for any audience or even the critic within.
